Is this photo AI?
Check a photo for AI-generation signs. See the finding and its limits in one place.
Single-image check
Uploaded images are not saved by this site. Live checks send images to Hive, whose default retention is 14 days.
Use the original file when possible. Screenshots and re-compression may make detection less reliable.
3 guest checks are available without sign-up. If Google access is enabled, it provides 10 checks per UTC month. Shared capacity limits apply.
Source-backed examples
These fixed images show how a result is presented. They come from a small exploratory run and do not measure accuracy.

The service looks for patterns associated with AI-generated images. It can also return an inconclusive finding.

A result can help you ask a better next question. It cannot turn a photo into a source, identity, ownership, or transaction certificate.

Method and limits. Hive checks patterns associated with AI generation. Editing, resizing, and compression can change those signals, so an inconclusive result or human review may be the right next step.
Choose one image, select Check image, and read the finding and its limits. The first three guest checks are designed to work without an account, subject to shared availability.
JPG, PNG, and static WebP up to 6 MB and 12 megapixels, with both sides at least 300 pixels. Animated files are not supported.
Yes, if it meets the file limits. Screenshots and re-compressed images may lose information useful for detection, so use the original when possible.
We do not save uploaded images on our servers. When live detection is enabled, images are sent to Hive, whose default retention period is 14 days. An encrypted server replay cache makes a completed response unavailable after 24 hours, and expired data is physically deleted by cleanup that runs while the site is in use. There is no user history or report download in this first release.
There is no accuracy figure that describes every image. Generators, editing, compression, image quality, and processing affect results; false positives and false negatives are possible.
Detectors can make mistakes. An AI signal is not proof that you generated an image. Keep the original file and review the limitations before drawing a conclusion.
Keep the original and relevant capture or editing history, and ask for human review where appropriate. A detector result does not prove that your photo is real or that you created it.
No. This version checks single images only and does not provide video or audio analysis.
No. It checks for signs associated with AI generation, not the identity of a generator or creator.
Guests can complete three checks. If Google access is configured and available, a signed-in account can complete ten checks per UTC calendar month. Both are subject to the shared daily, rolling, and cost limits.
Not in this version. Each check handles one image.
No. A detector finding is not legal, authenticity, ownership, or identity proof. The first release shows the complete result in the current browser session and does not provide history, saved reports, PDF downloads, private records, or share links.
